Job Description: Alteryx Automation Developer

Role Summary

• Work on design and automation of reporting processes using Alteryx.
• Develop endtoend automation solutions to reduce manual efforts.
• Collaborate with SMEs for requirements and development tasks.
• Work independently and proactively to resolve technical and operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business and technical requirements.
• Design, build, test, and maintain Alteryx workflows.
• Implement automated controls to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
• Create technical documentation for developed workflows and solutions.
• Support user testing and validation activities.
• Train business users on the effective use of Alteryx and promote automation adoption.

Experience & Skills Required

• 5+ years of experience in IT / automation / data workflow development.
• Handson expertise in Alteryx workflow development including error handling.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
• Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages (preferred, not mandatory).
• Experience using Tableau or Power BI for data visualization (preferred).
• Strong problemsolving, project management, and communication skills.

Desirable Skills

• Exposure to finance or regulatory reporting projects.
• Experience working on automation or digital transformation initiatives.
