Job Description

o   Client Campaign Management: Design and Execute tailored campaigns to enhance market coverage and boost sales across Bank, Branch, and PCG Channels. Leverage Performance Tracking and advanced analytics to optimise campaign effectiveness

o   Business Analytics & Control: Oversee the P&L for Bank, Branch, and PCG channels. Ensuring cost control and alignment with overall financial goals.

o   Data Analytics & Reporting: Provide regular business and performance analytics, delivering actionable insights for all three channels.

o   Channel Efficiency: Design and implement the Monthly Target Framework (MTF) for all three channels.

o   Channel Engagement: Design & launch strategic contests/sales incentive programs to drive sales performances

o   Key Projects: Collaborate with Business Heads and cross-functional teams to manage and implement key strategic projects affecting Bank, Branch, and PCG channels.

o   Project Execution & Monitoring: Provide ongoing oversight and project tracking to ensure successful implementation and timely delivery of key initiatives.

o   MIS (Management Information Systems): Work with channel partners to identify and streamline MIS reporting requirements, ensuring consistency and alignment with business needs.
