·         Advising and Servicing Clients:

Dealers provide investment advice to clients, ranging from retail to high net worth individuals (HNIs). This includes offering recommendations on stocks to buy or sell based on market analysis, fundamental factors, and technical indicators. They also provide ongoing support and updates to clients on market movements and relevant news. 

·         Executing Trades:

Dealers execute buy and sell orders for clients on stock exchanges like the NSE and BSE. This involves using trading terminals and ensuring accurate trade execution. 

·         Maintaining Compliance:

They ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory guidelines from bodies like SEBI and internal policies. 

·         Building and Retaining Client Relationships:

Dealers are responsible for activating new clients, retaining existing ones, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 

·         Monitoring Market Trends:

They keep abreast of market conditions, macroeconomic indicators, and global/domestic financial markets to inform investment decisions. 

·         Managing MIS and Reporting:

They are involved in managing the Management Information System (MIS) for the Call and Trade division and preparing reports on daily activities. 

In summary, a Call and Trade Dealer acts as a bridge between clients and the stock market, providing investment advice, executing trades, and ensuring compliance while building and maintaining strong client relationships. 

Skills

·        Graduate / Post graduate with 1 to 4 yrs experience.

·        Should have good communication & presentation skills.

·        Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.

·        Should possess strong communication skills.

·        NISM VIII certificate is necessary.
