Role: ALM/PLSQL Developer

Location: Bengalore/Hyderabda/Chennai/Pune/Mumbai/Noida

Mandatory Skillset : SAP Callidus ALM or ProducerPro

Location: Offshore

Who are we looking for?

Callidus Cloud typically involves designing, configuring, and managing the system for various sales performance aspects, including compensation plans, quota setting, and agent management.

Technical Skills:

4 - 9 years of experience in implementing, upgrading, modernizing, and migrating Callidus products.

Skills & Experience:

PL/SQL Development

• Design, develop, and optimize PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and scripts.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex PL/SQL code and query performance issues.
• Implement data transformations and business logic in the database layer.
• Ensure database code adheres to security, performance, and quality standards.

The candidate will be provided hands-on expertise with in below Callidus modules as well :

• Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM): Proven ability to manage producer data, including licensing, training, and compliance workflows.
• Commission (SuccessFactors Integration): Strong understanding of commission structures and workflows, with proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle database technologies.
• Advance Workflow: Experience with this SAP-based BPM tool is preferred. Pega experience may be considered as an alternative.
