Job Description

Position Summary

The Alliance Partner Sales Manager is responsible for managing,and expanding strategic partnerships (Partner) to drive sales growth and market share globally. This role involves building strong relationships with partner organizations, identifying joint business opportunities, and executing sales strategies that leverage the strengths of both companies. The Manager will work closely with internal sales, marketing, and CoE teams, as well as external stakeholders, to achieve revenue targets and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive alliance partner sales strategy and execution plan to achieve revenue goals (Pipeline, TCV & Revenue)
  • Manage and strengthen relationships ensuring mutual benefit and long-term collaboration.
  • Lead joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-selling & co-marketing
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product management, CoE, legal) to ensure alignment and support for partner programs.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance, sales pipeline, and revenue generation.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, incentives, and joint business plans.
  • Represent the company at partner meetings, industry events, and conferences.
  • Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities.
  • Provide regular training and enablement to sales teams on alliance partner solutions and value propositions.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • Total experience of 15 Years with 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or alliance management, with a proven track record in partner-driven sales environments
  • Strong understanding of strategic partnerships, channel sales, and joint go-to-market models.
  • Strong experience and understanding of Siemens / Dassault suite of products
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships both internally and externally.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex partnership agreements and driving revenue through indirect sales channels.
  • Results-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.
