Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional who will be instrumental in ensuring the efficiency & effectiveness of organizational knowledge assets.
Responsibilities
- Managing and streamlining operational processes for KPMGs Strategic Platforms
- Collaborating with internal and external teams at a global and regional level across multiple diverse cultures
- Conceptualizing, designing and delivering PowerBI dashboards for key global business metrics
- Ensure effective senior stakeholder management by communicating approach, progress, and ideas
- Maintain high-quality of go-to-market documents
- Ensure adherence to internal reporting requirements
- Developing and implementing operational processes according to business requirements
- Managing and providing mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high performing team environment
- Set up and build Intranet pages & publish communications with organizational updates
- Configure web parts to optimize user experience by continuous enhancements ensuring they serve as dynamic & accessible repositories
- Upload and update content regularly to ensure stakeholders have access to the latest information
- Centralized content request handling all content requests & managing dedicated channels
- Act as a key liaison, co-ordinate with diverse global stakeholders to collate, validate & integrate knowledge assets
- Resolve content discrepancies & ensuring consistency
- Implement & enforce knowledge governance frameworks & quality assurance protocols to maintain accuracy, relevancy & discoverability of published content
- Develop training materials & deliver sessions to stakeholders on content submission guidelines, portal usage & knowledge management best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing and administering SharePoint Online environments
- Proficiency to assist with content creation and editing with Adobe Photoshop
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and convey information clearly
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Working to strict deadlines and flexibility in time management to adjust to different teams
Required Skills
- Strong skills in using Excel for data transformation, and analysis
- Demonstrated ability to organize and analyze complex datasets
- Proficient in working with data visualizations, preferably using PowerBI
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
- High consciousness towards attention to detail; drive and commitment to deliver a high-quality service to the KPMG network
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results
- Flexible and able to operate in the context of different cultures and personalities
- Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations without compromising on quality, and ethical standards and values
Preferred Skills
- Experience in knowledge management best practices
- Familiarity with content governance frameworks
