Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Aladdin Reconciliation Analyst with strong experience in Asset Management and Capital Markets operations. The role involves performing daily reconciliations using the Aladdin platform, investigating breaks, and ensuring accurate books and records across Fixed Income and Equity products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily reconciliations using the Aladdin platform across portfolios and asset classes.
• Review, investigate, and resolve reconciliation breaks within defined SLAs.
• Develop strong understanding of Fixed Income and Equity product profiles.
• Ensure accuracy of trade, position, cash, and security reconciliations.
• Liaise with global counterparts, custodians, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor aged breaks and ensure timely clearance.
• Prepare periodic MIS, Risk, and Exception reports for management.
• Identify operational risk and escalate issues appropriately.
• Support system enhancements, UAT testing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain process documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Reconciliation within Asset Management / Capital Markets.
• Hands-on experience with Aladdin platform (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Income products (Bonds, Treasuries, Derivatives, etc.).
• Understanding of Trade Lifecycle and Capital Markets operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Windows-based applications.
