We at LTI Mindtree hiring for Airtable solution Architect

Education: Bachelors/Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

Minimum Experience: 15-20 years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners to 30 days

Location: Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Noida, Kolkata

Mandatory Technical Skills: Airtable Solution Architect, Airtable Automation, Airtable Scripting

Airtable Solutions Architect-type person with hands-on experience setting up bases, workflows, and integrating with 3rd party services. This person should have be able to architect a fairly complex Airtable workflow, but also able to work directly in the bases.

A. Airtable Platform Expertise

You are expected to work deeply across the Airtable ecosystem, including:

• Base design and architecture
• Linked records, rollups, lookups, formulas, views
• Interface Designer
• Building dashboards, workflows, dataentry interfaces
• Airtable Automations
• Triggers, actions, scheduled workflows
• Airtable Scripting
• JavaScript-based custom automations and extensions
• Airtable Sync
• Crossbase data flows, external sync (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, HubSpot)

B. ThirdParty Integrations

Solution Architects are expected to implement integrations via:

• Native integrations (Slack, Outlook, Google Drive, Salesforce, etc.)
• API-based integrations
• Middleware tools
• Zapier
• Make (Integromat)
• Workato
• Webhooks, REST APIs
• Custom scripts for bespoke workflows

C. Additional Technical Skills

• Database design principles (normalization, schema planning)
• Process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio)
• Enterprise SaaS ecosystem familiarity
• Basic frontend concepts (optional but useful for custom embeds/UI extensions)
