Job Title: Manager - Inflight Product and Design
Job Purpose
As Program Manager Inflight Products, your expertise will be pivotal in managing multiple projects thatincludes cabin design, galley configurations, and seating solutions for our fleet.
This role calls for deep involvement in innovation processes, from conducting thorough competitor analysis to actively participating in the development of the lifecycle of cabin products. Working alongside cross-functional teams, you will apply your specialised knowledge and skills to drive product development initiatives, contributing significantly to the enhancement of our in-flight customer experience.
Key Accountabilities
Competitor Analysis and Industry Benchmarking:
Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to uncover trends and best practices, contributing insights that inform design and innovation strategies.
Development Lifecycle Management:
Play a key role in the development of the lifecycle of cabin, galley, and seating solutions, contributing to each stage from concept to launch with a focus on technical excellence and innovation.
Stakeholder Collaboration on Aircraft Configuration:
Collaborate with various stakeholders to detail and refine aircraft configurations, ensuring designs meet customer expectations and operational feasibility.
Product Improvement and Maintenance:
Lead specific projects aimed at improving and maintaining cabin products, incorporating customer feedback and industry trends to enhance the in-flight experience.
Implementation of New Cabin Products:
Coordinate with relevant teams to support the smooth implementation of new cabin products, focusing on technical aspects and user experience integration.
Cabin Maintenance Coordination:
Support cabin maintenance planning and execution, working closely with maintenance teams to ensure product quality and safety.
Feedback Consolidation and Process Review:
Assist in the feedback collection and review process, identifying key areas for improvement and facilitating effective communication across teams.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

Key Interfaces
Internal Interfaces
Customer Experience teams: Work closely with the Customer Experience team to gather customer feedback, insights, and pain points
External Interfaces
Third-party vendors/suppliers: Liaise with external design agencies or consultants to leverage their expertise and creative input for innovative product design concepts
Educational and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum Education Requirement: Graduate in engineering, preferably aerospace engineering
- Minimum Requirement: 6-8 years of experience in the aviation/aerospace industry
- Desired Experience: 8+ years of experience in the inaviation/aerospace industry
