Airline Revenue Accounting Associate

What This Role Is About: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Airline Revenue Accounting Executive to join our Revenue Accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate reconciliations, and supporting accounting processes related to airline operations.

This role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy in financial reporting, and excellent communication abilities to support both internal teams and international clients.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Accounts & Financial Management

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes efficiently.

Perform Bank Reconciliation and daily transaction reconciliations.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Identify discrepancies and resolve them in a timely manner.

Revenue Accounting & Reconciliation

Monitor airline ticketing transactions and revenue entries.

Maintain proper financial documentation.

Support internal and external audits as required.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Client Communication & Coordination

Monitor and respond to client emails professionally.

Address queries and take appropriate action within defined timelines.

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

What Were Looking For:

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas preferred).

Basic understanding of accounting principles.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good command of English.

Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts (US support).
