Generic Domain & Soft Skill Requirements
• Graduate in any stream with rich Airline/Travel domain experience (minimum 12+ years)
• Well versed with standard Industry applications and GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
• Experience of managing large accounts and multiple team leaders
• Experience in managing and maintaining financial health of the account
• Excellent communication, Strong drive for results
• Experience in successfully managing stringent client SLAs and KPIs
• Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications
• Very good Analytical skills and experience of managing multiple customers
• Strong drive to identify and implement process transformations, optimization and automation
• Ability to travel as per project requirements
Specialization for Airline Loyalty – should be expert in
1. Airline Loyalty & Frequent Flyer Program:
Good understanding of loyalty program structure, features, tier levels, points accumulation, redemption, partner benefits and reward structures. Create plans and strategies to retain customers through rewards.
2. Planning and Strategy
Ability to strategize and create new loyalty program features, tiers, and reward structures. Developing marketing campaigns to promote loyalty program
3. Loyalty Fraud detection:
Identify misuse, fraud and deceptive practices for Airline Loyalty reward programs.
4. Data Analysis and insights:
Utilizing data to identify customer behavior patterns, track program performance, and make informed decisions about loyalty program optimization.
5. Program performance monitoring:
Monitoring program performance, tracking key metrics like redemption rates and member acquisition
