Role Context

The client has appointed a primary SAP implementation partner responsible for configuration, development, integrations, testing, and deployment.

We are deployed as an AI-powered acceleration and assurance layer (platform), enabling faster and more accurate code generation, documentation, and delivery artefacts.

This role exists to protect program outcomes by ensuring that:

the implementation partner uses the platform correctly and consistently

AI-generated outputs are productiongrade and auditready

the program achieves a clean install and FirstTimeRight (FTR) delivery

This is an independent client-side assurance role, not an SI delivery role.

Role Objective

Ensure disciplined adoption of the platform and provide program-level assurance so that speed gains from AI translate into quality, stability, and predictable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

AI Adoption & Governance

Govern end-to-end usage of the AI platform by the implementation partner

Ensure AI is leveraged for code generation, functional & technical documentation, and test artefacts with traceability

Monitor adoption, quality of outputs, and usage effectiveness

Program & Partner Oversight

Provide independent oversight of SI delivery progress and readiness

Surface risks early; challenge assumptions constructively

Ensure milestones reflect real execution status, not optimistic reporting

Client & CXO Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership

Present clear, fact-based program health and risk views

Support steering committee decisions with evidence-backed insights

Experience Profile

15+ years in large-scale enterprise transformation programs

Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementations

Deep expertise in program governance, PMO leadership, and delivery assurance

Prior experience working alongside Tier1 SIs (EY, Accenture, Deloitte, etc.)

Strong understanding of AI-assisted delivery and quality assurance models

Executive presence and sound judgment
