AIOps Senior Consultant-Hybrid Cloud

Job Title: Hybrid Cloud – AIOps Senior Consultant

Experience: 3–6 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with expertise in Hybrid Cloud and AIOps to deliver end-to-end strategy, advisory, design, and implementation services. The role involves working with clients to define transformation roadmaps, strategize intelligent operations, and implementing scalable AIOps solutions across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategy and advisory for Hybrid Cloud and AIOps adoption.
• Lead consulting engagements to design cloud-native, AI-driven IT operations.
• Strategize and implement observability, monitoring, and automation solutions.
• Design and implement AIOps solutions across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
• Integrate monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Splunk, Moogsoft, SevOne).
• Automate incident detection, root cause analysis, and remediation workflows.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Hybrid Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, On-prem).
• Hands-on experience with AIOps tools (Moogsoft, Splunk, Netcool (Watson AIOps), Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, etc.).
• Experience in Infrastructure as Code (Ansible/Terraform).
• Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform, Shell).
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM processes and cloud operating models.

Preferred Certifications:

• Cloud: AWS Solutions Architect Associate/Professional, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect.
• AIOps/Monitoring: Splunk Core Certified Power User, Moogsoft Certified Engineer, ServiceNow ITOM.
