AIOps Architect (Observability Expert)
Location: PAN India
Experience: 4 years to 11years
Mandatory Skills: AIOps/Monitoring/Observability/ELK)
Must Have:
- Strong hands-on in AIOps / Observability / ELK Stack / Python / AI-ML models.
- Experience with APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics) and data integration.
- Understanding of microservices, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Good to Have:
- Certifications in AIOps, Cloud, or Observability tools.
- Experience with automation workflows and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AIOps solutions using tools like ELK
- Build custom AIOps frameworks for anomaly detection, predictive alerts, and automation.
- Integrate SaaS-based apps via APIs/webhooks into ELK for analytics.
- Drive observability, monitoring modernization, and monolithic-to-cloud transformation.
- Develop CXO and operational dashboards for data-driven insights.
