Preferred Profile: 

• 4 -10 years of experience in implementing AI/ML models in 

•  enterprise systems 

• In-depth understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised 

•  and unsupervised learning, deep learning, anomaly detection, 

•  and large language models. 

• Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries 

•  and frameworks (Pandas, Numpy, Tensorflow etc.) 

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in design, development, 

•  and deployment of conversational bots 

• Experience working with Observability tools like Prometheus,Splunk, Datadog & Grafana. 
  •Experience in NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), Conversational AI 
  •Integrate bot systems seamlessly with backend systems,  databases, and APIs to facilitate smooth data exchange and interactions. 
  •Experience with web services integration 
  •Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in a complex, distributed environment. 
  •Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
