AIML Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Applied AI/ML Lead to drive the development and deployment of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models in real-world business applications. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing business strategies, and implementing scalable AI/ML solutions that deliver tangible business value.

As an Applied AI/ML Lead, you will:

• Lead the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions in real-world business environments
• Drive customer experience and personalization through intelligent models
• Work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to build production-grade AI systems
• Shape and mentor a growing AI/ML team
• Bring AI models from experimentation scalable, reliable deployment

What Youll Work On

• AI-driven recommendation systems, segmentation, scoring, predictive analytics
• Building production-ready AI/ML pipelines
• Integrating AI with real-time data platforms
• Leveraging AIOps practices to improve performance and reduce MTTR
• Working on AI-powered platforms like Intelli-Q & ByteLens

What Were Looking For

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Strong hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
• Experience with AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker preferred)
• Expertise in customer personalization, segmentation, recommendation systems
• Strong understanding of data pipelines and real-time data integration (Kafka etc.)
• Proficiency in Python for AI/ML development

Good to Have

Experience with MinIO / S3 for large data handling

Workflow orchestration using Airflow

Exposure to LLMs and RAG-based architectures
