AI/ML engineers

About the Role

Techsara Solutions is expanding its Training & Placement programs and hiring trainers who can deliver hands-on, job-ready upskilling across AI/ML, Business Analysis, Data Analytics, and Project Management . Youll design curricula, run cohort classes, mentor learners, and partner with our Marketing & Onboarding teams to maximize placements.

What Youll Do

• Curriculum & Delivery: Build outcome-oriented modules, lesson plans, labs, and capstones; conduct live sessions, workshops, office hours, and assessments.
• Job-Readiness: Coach on interview prep, resumes/portfolios, live case studies, and real-world project simulations aligned to U.S. roles.
• Measurement: Track attendance, progress, and competency; publish weekly MIS; drive certification pass rates, placement conversion, and NPS.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Onboarding, Marketing, and Interview Support to ensure smooth learner handoffs and timely interventions.
• Content Quality: Continuously update content to current industry tools, best practices, and hiring trends; maintain LMS hygiene.

Core Tracks (You can specialize in one or more)

AI/ML: Python, data prep, feature engineering, classical ML (scikit-learn), evaluation, basic MLOps/experiment tracking, intro to LLMs & prompt workflows.

Business Analysis: Requirements elicitation, user stories/AC, BPMN, process mapping, wireframing (Figma/Balsamiq), UAT, JIRA/Confluence, stakeholder comms.

Data Analytics: SQL, Python (pandas), Excel/Google Sheets, data cleaning/EDA, visualization & dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), basic stats & A/B thinking.

Project Management: Agile/Scrum/Kanban, sprint ceremonies, RAID/RACI, risk & dependency mgmt, release readiness, JIRA reporting, stakeholder updates.

Must-Have Skills

• 38+ years total experience as an industry practitioner and/or trainer in at least one core track above.
• Proven ability to create structured curricula, deliver engaging live classes, and assess learning outcomes.
• Excellent written & verbal communication; strong stakeholder and classroom management.
• Comfortable with night shift and fast-paced, target-driven environments.
• Tools: Zoom/Slack, LMS familiarity; strong Excel/Sheets ; JIRA/Confluence ; for technical tracksPython/SQL and a major BI tool.

Nice to Have (Plus)

• Certifications: PMP/PSM/CSM , IIBA (ECBA/CCBA/CBAP) , Power BI/Tableau , AWS/Azure data/ML .
• Exposure to U.S. hiring context (OPT/CPT, H-1B/EAD basics), mock interview frameworks, and portfolio building.
• Experience coordinating with placement/marketing teams to drive conversions.

• Night Shift: 8:00 PM 5:00 AM IST (MonFri)
