Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

• Support the development of Data Products that will be used in Sales AIML Projects
• Designing and developing machine learning models to solve specific problems or tasks
• Training machine learning models on data and evaluating their performance using various metrics
• Working with cross-functional teams such as data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensuring that AI/ML solutions are developed and deployed responsibly and ethically, considering potential biases and societal impacts
