Primary Responsibilities:

AI/ML Development & Deployment

• Architect and implement scalable AI/ML solutions using Azure ML Studio and Azure Machine Learning Services
• Fine-tune and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for enterprise applications
• Design and build RAG pipelines using Azure services and vector databases
• Develop and orchestrate multi-agent LLM systems for complex workflows
• Ensure production-grade deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization

Azure Platform Engineering

• Build AI solutions leveraging Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Cognitive Search
• Integrate ML models with Azure-based data pipelines and APIs
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for ML workflows and model versioning
• Apply MLOps best practices including governance, monitoring, and automated retraining
• Ensure compliance with cloud security, data governance, and privacy standards

Data Engineering & Processing

• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks and Apache Spark
• Process structured and unstructured data using Python, PySpark, and SQL for training and inference

Collaboration & Innovation

• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams
• Stay updated with advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and Azure AI services
• Continuously improve AI/ML pipelines and engineering best practices

Required Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML Engineering with strong Azure focus
• Proven experience deploying models using Azure ML Studio and Azure ML Services
• Strong experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agents

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MCP, LangChain, vector databases, and embedding models
• Strong knowledge of Databricks, Apache Spark, and Azure data services
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, and MLOps practices
