Location: Gurgaon/Mumbai

Experience: 410 years

We are looking for high-performing professionals who can independently handle at least 23 of the below responsibilities across AIF Category III and Offshore Funds. Also who have good experience in listed Funds.

Compliance & Audit

Compliance and audit of AIF Cat III and Investment Advisory

Coordination for audits (India & Offshore)

Operations & NAV

Shadow accounting, NAV reconciliation & approvals

Smooth day-to-day operations of AIF Cat III & Offshore Funds

Accounting

Invoice processing and coordination with service providers

Investor Relations (IR)

Performance updates, presentations, attribution & holdings

Investor communication and query resolution (Domestic & Institutional Offshore Investors)

Subscriptions & Redemptions

Coordination with fund administrators for subscriptions/redemptions

Global Exposure

Knowledge of side letters, US compliances, ADV filings

Experience with investor ODDs

Structuring & Taxation

Fund structuring (India/Overseas/GIFT City)

Exposure to transfer pricing, POEM, tax litigation

Trading Support

Trade execution and parri-passu allocation across funds

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Strong analytical & communication skills

Fluent in English

Self-driven, process-oriented, detail-focused
