AI Visual Producer

Type - Full Time, On Site, Bengaluru - Jaynayar 9th block

SatMern Astro is looking for a 2D AI Artist who can deliver production-ready characters and environments using AI tools, with a strong focus on consistency, composition, and execution. The AI Artist will be full time prompting to create and compose all the assets into illustrations.

Responsibilities:

Create AI-generated characters from written descriptions

Strong proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator to refine, modify, and production-polish AI-generated images

Maintain strong character consistency (proportions, facial identity, silhouettes) across multiple poses and views

Generate backgrounds and environments from written concepts

Apply solid visual composition suitable for storytelling and video formats

Strong knowledge of environment creation, camera angles, and composition for cinematic storytelling

Use and combine multiple AI tools effectively (image generation, refinement, control workflows)

Ability to prompt and iterate quickly.

Requirements:

Proven experience with AI-based image generation

Clear understanding of character anatomy, proportions, and visual continuity

Strong sense of lighting, framing, and composition

Comfortable working with multiple AI tools, not a single platform

Ability to prompt and iterate

Good to have:

Video editing skills (intermediate is sufficient)

Hands-on experience with multiple AI tools across generation, control, and refinement
