AI Video Specialist

Role Overview

This role will require to ideate, create, edit, experiment, and optimize video content using both AI-powered tools and traditional editing methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic AI-generated P2C and UGC-style videos for ads and social platforms.
• Research, test, and implement the latest AI video creation tools and workflows.
• Handle end-to-end video creation from concept and scripting to generation, editing, and final delivery.
• Enhance AI-generated content with strong hooks, pacing, captions, sound design, and motion elements.
• Blend AI outputs with traditional editing techniques to improve realism and storytelling.
• Analyze top-performing AI videos and UGC ads globally and apply insights to ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with creative, performance, and strategy teams to align videos with campaign goals.
• Build efficient, repeatable workflows to improve speed, consistency, and quality.
• Ensure all content feels authentic, platform-native, and human, not overly artificial.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2yrs - 5yrs Hands-on experience with AI video creation tools and workflows.
• Strong understanding of P2C / UGC formats and short-form performance content.
• Proficiency in at least one major video editing tool (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar).
• Comfortable being a generalist ideation, editing, motion, AI experimentation, and optimization.
• Strong creative instincts and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and move fast without sacrificing quality.
• Self-driven, curious, and constantly learning new tools and techniques.

AI Tool Stack (Experience with some or all is a plus)

• AI Video Generation: Runway, Pika, Luma, Kaiber, Sora (as it becomes available)
• AI Avatars & UGC Creation: HeyGen, Synthesia, Colossyan, Rephrase
• Voice & Audio AI: ElevenLabs, Play.ht, Descript
• Editing & Motion: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut
• Captions & Optimization: Subtitles tools, ad platform best practices, hook frameworks
• Automation & Experimentation: Prompt engineering, AI workflow optimization, rapid testing tools
