Role Description

The AI Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs, developing customized learning curricula, and providing coaching for non-technical students, managers, and professionals , focusing on real-world tools, workflows, and decision-making rather than deep coding.

Key Responsibilities

Train learners on Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude)

Teach prompt engineering for business, productivity, and content creation

Demonstrate Agentic AI concepts and real-world business workflows

Use AI-powered graphic and content tools for marketing and business use cases

Guide learners on UI/UX tools (Figma, AI plugins, wireframe automation)

Enable data-driven thinking using Excel, visualization tools, and AI insights

Explain AI governance, ethics, and compliance basics in simple terms

Support use-case identification and AI adoption planning

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of total professional experience in Training and Coaching skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and guide professional and technical growth.
• At least 1 year of Eperieexpe in AI Curriculum Development and Teaching to design and deliver tailored learning solutions that align with business needs.
• Strong Coaching and Communication skills to provide impactful guidance to clients and internal teams, ensuring knowledge transfer.
• Strong exposure to AI tools, agentic workflows, prompting, and UI/UX platforms
• Clear understanding of business applications of AI
• Previous experience with AI-driven technologies, business transformation, or digital training is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Data Science, AI, or related fields is preferred.

Language proficiency: English mandatory; Hindi and/or Gujarati preferred
