Roles and Responsibilities

A test professional with advanced programming skills who can create e2e automated solution for Performance testing. The successful candidate should get involved in design, development, and testing and should have the ability to upgrade the technical skills within the constantly changing technology sector. Help to reduce the Performance related defects and improve the non-functional aspects of web

• Develop frameworks and scripts to test and optimize the performance of various web components
• Design, implement, and support performance testing systems and strategies
• Involve in Preparation of performance test data
• Develop performance test script for all the identified Performance testing scenarios
• Execute the various performance tests including Load test, stress test, endurance test, capacity test

and measure system performance over time under different conditions

• Capture and analyse performance test metrics
• Review test results captured from the test and monitoring tool, support the identification of

performance issues and make recommendations to stakeholders

• Perform performance engineering and performance improvement activities
• Execute benchmark and baseline load, stress, and other non-functional tests
• Monitor application logs and statistics to improve system performance and address all technical issues
• Analyse and profile performance issues and rectify performance bottlenecks
• Monitor memory stacks, CPU utilization. Capture Java threads and exceptions in the application logs for further analysis
• Improve system performance by collaborating with Business and development teams
• Generate performance graphs, session reports and other required artifacts for validation and analysis
• Actively participate in system design discussions and provide input to improve performance by design
• Contribute on various non-functional testing for ADA
• Design and execute chaos experiments
• Build automated dashboards and monitoring tools using AI and ML
• Research test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Expert in

a. API testing (using SoapUI, JUnit, Karate, Postman or similar)

b. Performance testing using JMeter / Load Runner / Karate etc

c. Experience using a broad range of test automation frameworks

2. 7+ years of experience in performance testing area

3. Knowledge of planning and performing Chaos Engineering experiments

4. Good Hands-on knowledge on performance test tool HP Performance Center/Load Runner/JMeter etc

5. Hands-on experience in continuous Integration (CI) pipelines using Jenkins and git lab and Continuous Testing (CT) to streamline QA

6. Understands complex Environment set up and architecture

7. Demonstrated technical competency in performance engineering

8. Excellent attention to detail and experience reporting to management and delivery teams 9. Must have strong time management skills and be comfortable taking additional responsibilities 10. Excellent designing and programming skills

9.Strong technical knowledge able to code in one or more scripting language

10. Should have excellent time management and organizational skills as well as strong communication skills.
