About the Role: We are looking for an AI Technical Business Analyst Product Owner to lead pharma analytics and competitive intelligence projects for global pharmaceutical clients. This role requires strong product ownership, cross-functional coordination, analytics expertise, and ability to drive sales via product led growth.

This is an excellent opportunity to step into an AI Product Owner role within the pharma industry, where you will drive product strategy for next-generation Agentic AI solutions, actively engage in customer discussions, collaborate closely with AI teams, and own end-to-end implementations for global pharma clients.

KPI :

• Count of onboarding US Europe clients via Product led growth
• CSAT of clients on platform- as compared to market leaders in CI space
• Number of products handled

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to drive product led growth for US Europe GCC Enterprise Life Sciences clients
• Manage lean teams in fast paced environment
• Manage end-to-end delivery of pharma analytics and competitive intelligence products, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Define product plans, methodologies, milestones, and resource allocation aligned with business and client objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams and conduct regular quality checks, reviews, and audits to maintain high delivery standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal processes, data governance, and industry standards.
• Analyze pharma data including pipeline analysis, clinical trial landscapes, pricing & reimbursement, sales force effectiveness, and competitor portfolios to generate actionable insights.
• Act as the primary client contact, managing queries, reviews, and solution or product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with business development teams on proposals, presentations, and solution discussions.
• Drive continuous process improvements, automation initiatives, and analytics enablement.
• For AI-driven products, ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality product delivery, performance consistency, and timely releases.
• Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations

Required Qualifications

• Domain: Either Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, and/or related life sciences or relevant experience
• Product: 46 years of experience in technical product management with companies building AI products for life sciences
• Good reputation with global pharma clients on projects delivered- preferably confidence in you that can get pilots in that client.

Skills & Expertise

• Excellent knowledge of pharma commercial platforms and agentic/ genaI products
• Experience in primary & secondary research, data validation, and quality control
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Agile project management experience is a plus
