AI Tech Lead

Responsibilities

1. Exposure to Agent and Agentic AI development.Experience level is 3+ in Gen AI and related technologies.
2. End-to-End Development:Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration with business objectives and existing systems.
3. Model and Algorithm Implementation:Build, customize, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models using frameworks such as LangChain, Llama Index fromHugging Face.
4. Data Engineering:Oversee the entire data pipelinefrom data acquisition and cleaning to feature engineeringto ensure robust and high-quality model inputs.
5. Model Training and Evaluation:Manage end-to-end model training, tuning, and validation using scalable workflows and defined performance metrics.
6. Prototyping and POCs:Rapidly develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate new ideas, algorithms, and product features.
7. Team Leadership:Mentor and guide AI engineers and developers, leading technical discussions, code reviews, and best practice adoption across teams.
8. Deployment & Integration:Lead the deployment of trained models into production environments, ensuring smooth integration and continuous monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AI Lead Developer, Senior AI Engineer, or similar role with hands-on involvement in designing and deploying AI systems at scale.
• Strong experience inGenerative AI(LLMs, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, embeddings).
• Expertise withHugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or custom model developmentand deployment.
• Proficiency inPython, including frameworks such asStreamlitfor interactive AI applications.
• Excellent coding, debugging, and optimization skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrated success in leading AI development initiatives and mentoring cross-functional teams.
