Core Responsibilities:

• Lead Technical Classes: Conduct and lead daily high-impact technical classes for large batches of registered students (focusing on system architecture, model deployment, and advanced AI/ML concepts).
• Personalized Student Guidance: Provide continuous one-on-one and group coaching, support, and technical feedback to ensure students successfully grasp difficult algorithmic and implementation challenges.
• Project Architecture & Execution: Design, oversee, and drive the execution of real-world, industry-mapped projects, ensuring students achieve demonstrable proficiency in Data Science and Machine Learning applications.
• Batch Management: Manage technical progress and evaluate the code quality of an entire batch/class of students, ensuring high standards are met for successful graduation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Operations team to streamline schedules and manage resources for flawless instructional delivery.

Salary (CTC): Up to 10 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA).

Skills Needed:

• AI/ML & Data Science Mastery: Deep expertise in Python for data handling, analysis, and ML modeling.
• Core Concepts: Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (Supervised, Unsupervised), Feature Engineering , and practical experience with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Data Tools: Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.G., Power BI, Tableau).
• Communication: Exceptional proficiency in English (written and verbal) is mandatory for clear, effective instruction and teaching.
• Teaching/Guidance Ability: Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and deliver direct technical instruction to a large batch of students.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a software development or similar technical role.
• Note: Candidates with extensive experience from high-quality freelance projects are also eligible.
• Work Schedule: Must be available for a dedicated, Full-Time, 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday) commitment.
• Educational Background: Candidates holding a B.Tech, M.Tech, or PhD in a relevant technical field.
• Industry Experience: Seasoned Industrial Experts with a proven track record of application development.
