As part of Brits AI Enablement team, you will participate in scaling and operationalisation of AI capability to support Brits business objectives. As an AI Solutions Engineer, you will specialise in low code/no-code AI tools to build and scale AI-enabled business solutions that provide value to the business for operational efficiencies and improving underwriting decision making. This role will play a critical part in supporting Brit to continue its journey to develop its AI capabilities on next-generation technology. Principal Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using low-code/no-code platforms like Cytora and Microsoft, ensuring scalability and alignment with business strategy.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Underwriters, Operations and Tech & Data teams to solve business challenges with AI and to identify high-impact opportunities for AI adoption and operational transformation.
• Execute the end-to-end solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
• Champion the adoption of AIOps, automation, and integration best practices to optimise solution performance and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and data governance policies throughout solution development and deployment.
• Represent the AI Enablement team in cross functional forums, sharing insights and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Align to the AI enablement operating model by adopting agile methodologies and contributing to team culture
• Maintain clear and coherent communication, both verbal and written, to shape solutions.

Education, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Experience building AI solutions using low code AI technologies like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform / Power Apps, Cytora or similar low-code AI platforms.
• Deep understanding of GenAI, machine learning algorithms, and their practical application in business contexts.
• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Azure and AI technologies, including cloud-native architectures and analytics.
• Proven track record in designing and deploying AI solutions for complex business problems, within the general insurance or financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience with AIOps, solution deployment, integration and automation best practises
• Investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey technical terminology that is meaningful and well received.

Highly Desirable Skills and Knowledge:

• Knowledge of London market insurance and regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
• Relevant certifications in AI, cloud, or data technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate) are advantageous.

Required education / experience:

• Bachelors Degree or higher in a STEM field.

Preferred education / experience:

• Masters Degree or higher in a STEM field.
