Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect who is responsible for designing enterprise AI solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
• This role translates business needs into AI-driven architectures (across data ingestion, models and operational workflows), ensuring feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to industry best practices and firmwide standards.
• The AI Solution Architect works closely with the sales teams, engineers and stakeholders to define solution plans and roadmaps, select appropriate technologies and models and guide successful implementations.
• They provide deep experience in designing viable, feasible, performant AI solutions.
• They steer and direct the design of a solution to address specific client issues and requirements and accelerate the development of the solution plan as part of proposals.

What your days will look like:

• The Solution Architect works directly with sales teams and clients to assess their needs and design a full solution, including performance, scaling and security requirementsoften involving AI/ML systemsthat aligns with their business objectives and integrates seamlessly into their existing IT infrastructure.

This role is for you if you have:

• Proven experience architecting AI-driven solutions for enterprise customers, collaborating with sales and engineering teams.
• Ability to assess data dependencies, business constraints, and success criteria to deliver AI solutions that meet user and business needs.
• Expertise in AI Solution Architecture, including LLM/SLM (Large Language Models/Small Language Models) deployment, fine-tuning, inference optimization, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), API- based AI deployment and model orchestration.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud AI & Hyperscalers, including AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Azure, hybrid and multimodal AI applications.
• Proficiency in Cloud Security & FinOps, including AI landing zones, model refinement and testing, and compliance strategies.
• Experience in Enterprise AI Design, focusing on scalable, secure, and cost-effective AI integration.
• Understanding of data science principles, enabling informed evaluation of machine learning and statistical models.

Must Have skills:

• Must have experience into the complete life cycle- AI/ML experience.
• Should have hands-on experience in the following areas, along with solution design:
• Deep ML/LLM systems engineering
• RAG and Vector Stores
• Agent Workflow Building
• Hands-on delivery focused
• Strong experience building real GenAI solutions, including:
• RAG implementations
• LangChain / LangGraph
• Prompt engineering
• Vector databases & embeddings
• Comfortable leading delivery and making technical decisions
• Can code, prototype, and guide teams by example
