Your Mission

• Formulate channel strategy across X, LinkedIN and any other relevant social channel (Reddit) to engage the people who matter. Rustle up content strat for each channel and plan the content calendar.
• Craft copy that hits the spot from campaigns and social posts to emails, websites and product launches.
• Team up with the design and marketing crew to shape how KGeN sounds, feels and connects with our audience.
• Build and protect the KAI voice making sure it stays sharp, consistent and unmistakably us across every touchpoint.
• Turn brand ideas and product features into stories people actually want to read.
• Keep your radar on; spot cultural trends, cues and internet moments that can fuel fresh ideas.

Your Superpowers

• A portfolio that proves you can think, write and execute with range, wit, and clarity across platforms.
• 36 years of experience writing for brands (agency or startup life preferred).
• A deep understanding of digital culture and how to speak internet without trying too hard.
• The ability to balance creative flair with strategic intent.
• Building end-to-end campaigns and owning them like its your baby.
