Role Overview

We are hiring an AI Sales SaaS Associate to support and grow our sales efforts from our Vadodara office. This role is ideal for hungry, sales-driven fresh graduates who want to build a career in B2B SaaS sales.


You will be speaking daily with customers in the USA and UK, conducting Zoom video demos, and learning how to sell an AI-powered SaaS platform in a global market. This is a performance-oriented role with strong growth potential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and inbound sales calls to prospects in the USA and UK
  • Conduct Zoom video demos and clearly explain CPGBuyerAIs value to non-technical buyers
  • Qualify leads and understand customer pain points and buying intent
  • Manage the sales process from first call through demo, trial, and close
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
  • Work closely with marketing and customer success teams to improve conversion
  • Learn and consistently improve sales scripts, demos, and objection handling
  • Meet daily activity targets (calls, demos, follow-ups) and revenue goals


Who Were Looking For

  • Fresh college graduates are welcome (business, marketing, commerce, engineering, or related fields)
  • Extremely strong spoken and written English communication skills
  • Confident on phone and video calls with international clients
  • Sales-driven, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working full-time from the Vadodara office
  • Willingness to work US and UK calling hours when required


Strong Advantage If You Have

  • Any exposure to sales, telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or CRM tools
  • Interest in SaaS, AI, or B2B technology products

  • Consistent call activity and high-quality demos
  • Improving demo-to-trial and trial-to-paid conversion
  • Strong follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene
  • Clear improvement in sales confidence and product understanding
  • Revenue contribution within the first few months
