Job Title: AI Recruitment & Admin Executive

Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years

Location: Noida

Work Mode: Onsite (Work from Office)

Budget: 3 to 4 LPA+Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven AI Recruitment & Admin Executive with strong hiring expertise and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, capable of managing end-to-end hiring for Technical and Non-Technical roles and close atleast 3 closures per month, and willing to support HR & Admin activities from the office.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (7080%)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Technical and Non-Technical positions
  • Understand hiring requirements and coordinate closely with hiring managers
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and interview panels
  • Perform cold calling and proactive candidate outreach
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

HR & Admin Activities (2030%)

  • Support day-to-day HR and administrative activities from the office
  • Assist in employee documentation, onboarding formalities, and records management
  • Coordinate internal communication and office-related activities
  • Support HR operations as and when required

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination abilities
  • Confident in cold calling and candidate engagement
  • Good soft skills with a professional and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Comfortable with work-from-office environment

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree in any discipline or relevant field
  • Minimum 70% or above throughout academic background

Experience Required

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Recruitment & HR/Admin functions
