AI RAG Engineer (1 Position)

(Enterprise Knowledge Systems Specialist)

Role Objective

Build high-performance, secure, enterprise knowledge systems powering AI intelligence.

What You Will Build

• End-to-end RAG pipelines
• Document ingestion, chunking, embedding pipelines
• Hybrid retrieval systems (vector + keyword)
• Re-ranking and relevance optimization
• Multi-tenant data isolation and access control

Core Expertise Required

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, etc.)
• Retrieval frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex advanced usage)
• Deep understanding of:
• Chunking strategies
• Embedding optimization
• Query transformation
• Experience with:
• Hybrid search (BM25 + vector)
• Re-ranking models
• Knowledge of:
• Data pipelines and ETL systems
• Secure document handling
