Title: AI QA Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced AI QA Engineer with a strong background in healthcare insurance to ensure the quality, accuracy, and compliance of AI-driven solutions supporting claims processing, fraud detection, and risk assessment.
You will collaborate with data scientists, developers, and product teams to design and execute testing strategies for AI/ML models, ensuring performance, regulatory compliance (including HIPAA), and alignment with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans for AI/ML models and insurance applications
Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects and improve performance
Validate datasets and AI outputs for accuracy, fairness, and compliance
Ensure adherence to HIPAA and healthcare regulations
Document test results and provide actionable improvement recommendations
Build and maintain automated testing frameworks

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience in QA/testing within healthcare insurance
Hands-on experience testing AI/ML applications
Strong understanding of healthcare insurance processes and compliance requirements
Experience with Agile methodologies preferred
