About The Job:

• 7-12 years of exp. Minimum 5+ years on AI Prompt Engineering
• Designs end-to-end AI workflows, not just prompts.
• Leads architectural decisions for LLM integration (RAG, vector DBs, agents).
• Oversees multiple AI use cases across departments.
• Defines AI standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• A few technical Skills:
• Prompt optimization at scale
• RAG pipelines
• Guardrails and safety prompts
• Designs vector database architectures (Pinecone, Redis, CosmosDB, Chroma).
• Understands model selection, fine-tuning, and embeddings deeply.
