AI Prompt Engineer (MERN Stack)

We are looking for an AI Prompt Engineer to act as our "Automation Architect." You will not just be writing code line-by-line; you will be orchestrating AI to generate high-quality, production-ready MERN stack solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

AI-Driven Generation: Use advanced prompting to generate frontend (React) and backend (Node/Express) code that integrates seamlessly with our existing AWS-hosted systems.

Requirement Translation: Coordinate with the dev team to turn complex administrative business logic into precise technical prompt sequences.

Platform Orchestration: Research and suggest the best AI coding platforms (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Replit Agent) to optimize our specific MERN workflow.

Code Quality Control: Review AI-generated outputs to ensure they meet our "Zero-Defect" standard and comply with enterprise security requirements.

MERN Master: Strong 2 years hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.

AI Fluency: Proven ability to use LLMs (Claude, GPT-4o) and AI IDEs to scaffold and debug full-stack applications.

Architectural Thinking: Ability to guide AI to produce modular, scalable, and maintainable TypeScript/JavaScript code.
