Experience leading large security services operations teams to analyse process deficiencies, identify efficiency opportunities & setting up data controls with experience in AI (Gen AI / Agentic AI)

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead AIGenAI research initiatives and provide technical guidance to junior team members Design develop and optimize AI algorithms and generative models tailored to business needs Evaluate and benchmark new AI tools frameworks and methodologies for potential adoption Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate research outcomes into practical applications Mentor peers and conduct knowledge sharing sessions to build AI capabilities within the team Ensure research compliance with ethical standards and data privacy regulations Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities for AI application across various domains
