Responsibilities

• Product Vision & Strategy
• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI-driven CX solutions.
• Define clear success metrics for prototypes, MVPs, and scaled products.
• Align product strategy with business priorities and customer needs.

• Agile Delivery & Iteration
• Run agile sprints, manage backlog, and prioritise features based on value.
• Lead rapid prototyping and MVP development, validating concepts with stakeholders and end-users.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, using retrospectives and feedback loops to enhance team velocity and product quality.

• Integration & Scaling
• Embed AI solutions into existing enterprise platforms (CRM, marketing automation, and customer service tools).
• Collaborate with business units to scale successful MVPs and monitor adoption.
• Ensure seamless integration with technology ecosystems and operational workflows.

• Data-Driven Impact Measurement
• Partner with analytics teams to measure ROI on customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue impact.
• Use data insights to inform product decisions and prioritization.

• Design & User Experience
• Apply design thinking principles to create intuitive, customer-centric experiences.
• Work closely with designers and engineers to deliver solutions that feel as engaging as consumer apps.

• Innovation & Emerging Tech
• Explore advanced AI capabilities such as LLM-powered assistants, behavioral analytics, and immersive CX experiences.

• Stakeholder Engagement
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Engage stakeholders early and often, ensuring transparency and shared ownership of outcomes.
