AI Product Manager

Education and Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree AND 8–12 years’ experience in product/project/program management and software development.5+ years’ experience designing and shipping complex products with developers, machine learning professionals, or similar.3+ years’ experience in machine learning and/or AI.Experience working with cross-functional AI/ML teams including data scientists, ML engineers, DevOps, compliance, and legal stakeholders.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and iterative delivery.Product leadership and Impact:Manage execution for Enterprise AI products (Responsible AI, MLOps platforms, LLM platforms) from definition through production, release, and end-of-life.Identify and maintain the product roadmap with market-relevant features.Operate independently while aligning with organizational vision and leadership direction.Think creatively and act with urgency to solve problems and overcome obstacles (“hustle” mindset).Manage the product backlog (grooming, prioritization, and refinement), working closely with Scrum teams to clarify requirements and deliver on sprint commitments.Ensure user stories are “ready” and acceptance criteria are well-defined.Optimize planning and resource allocation to deliver maximum value efficiently.Product strategy and go to marketDevelop product pricing and positioning strategies; translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.Own the product vision and mission, ensuring clear articulation and prioritization in the roadmap.Partner with AI research teams to convert emerging technologies into market-ready capabilities.Evaluate feasibility of AI features through technical scoping, POCs, and ROI analysis.Explore risks, ensure compliance with global AI regulations, and create actionable implementation plans.Customer Experience and Market orientationDefine requirements using usability studies, product usage data, market trends, and metrics to generate insights.Stay current with internal and external AI regulations to align design and deployment.Understand competitors and the market to identify new features, partnerships, or acquisitions.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in for the product vision.Act as a user champion, aligning development activity with business goals.Collaborate with marketing, sales, legal, quality, and finance to ensure business and product objectives are met.Leverage A/B testing, ML performance metrics, and agile iteration to refine product effectiveness.                                                          Good to have skills:Knowledge of AI products and data scienceUnderstanding of Ethical AI / Responsible AI principlesCSPO or similar Agile/Scrum certificationDomain experience in automobile, manufacturing, healthcareFamiliarity with MLOps tools and AI compliance frameworksStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
