AI Platform Configuration Engineer (Low-Code / Workflow Systems)

We are building AI-driven production systems for global customers using advanced workflow and automation platforms

We dont just write code. We configure intelligent systems.

Were looking for someone who can translate business requirements into working platform configurations collections, schemas, workflows, automation, and light scripting.

This is NOT a pure developer role.

This is NOT a pure business analyst role.

This is a Systems Thinker + Configurator role.

You will:

• Translate business requirements into system design
• Configure collections and database schemas
• Design relationships and validations
• Build workflow states and automations
• Configure UI components
• Write light TypeScript when needed
• Modify CSS for UI refinements
• Use Git for version control
• Deliver MVPs independently

You will work closely with:

• Business Analysts
• Developers
• Product Owners
• AI engineers

And youll be expected to own platform configuration end-to-end.

• 35 years of experience in any one of the following :
• Salesforce configuration
• Zoho Creator
• OutSystems
• Bubble
• Retool
• Or similar low-code/workflow platforms
• Strong data modeling knowledge
• Experience designing relational schemas
• Understanding of workflows and state transitions
• Basic TypeScript / JavaScript knowledge
• CSS fundamentals
• Git workflow experience

You naturally think like this:

• This should be a many-to-one relationship.
• We need an audit log table.
• This workflow should prevent invalid state transitions.
• This field needs validation before submission.
• This should be configurable, not hardcoded.

You care about:

• Data integrity
• Role-based access
• Multi-tenant design

• Clean architecture

• You only write backend code and dislike configuration tools
• You are purely a business analyst and dont touch systems
• You have never designed database schemas
• You dont understand Git workflows

• Understand multi-tenant systems
