AI ML Team Lead

We are looking for skilled Team Lead AIML | 5+ yrs Pune with strong experience in microservices architecture and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Build solutions for:
• Predictive analytics
• Recommendation systems
• Anomaly detection
• Work on Generative AI use cases using modern frameworks and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and convert them into AI solutions.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines for large-scale data processing.
• Ensure model performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
• Integrate ML models with applications using APIs and cloud platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and GenAI.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks:
• TensorFlow
• PyTorch
• Hugging Face
• OpenAI APIs
• Solid understanding of:
• Machine Learning & Deep Learning fundamentals
• Statistical analysis & data processing
• Experience in:
• Predictive modeling
• Recommendation engines
• Anomaly detection systems
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience working on Generative AI applications

• Domain experience in:
