Job Title: AI/RPA Solution Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI/RPA Solution Architect to join our Automation team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in AI technologies and extensive experience in RPA solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of AI/ML, NLP, and RPA tools, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Architect and implement AI and RPA solutions tailored to meet specific business needs, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software developers, and business analysts, to seamlessly integrate AI/ML models and RPA workflows.
• Model Development: Develop and maintain scalable AI/ML models using Python and relevant libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NLTK, and spaCy.
• RPA Leadership: Lead the architecture and development of RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (AA 360) and Power Platform, ensuring robust and efficient automation processes.
• Best Practices: Ensure adherence to best practices in AI/ML and RPA development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and RPA technologies, and proactively incorporate new tools and methodologies to enhance solution offerings.

Requirements:

• Experience: 7-10 years of experience in implementing AI and RPA technologies
• Technical Skills: Must Have
  1. Well versed in Microsoft Stack i.e. Azure ML/Cognitive Services, AI Builder etc.
  2. Proficiency in Python and its libraries for AI/ML and NLP tasks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, NLTK, spaCy)
• RPA Tools: Extensive experience with RPA tools, specifically Automation Anywhere (AA 360) and Power Automate
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Education: A master’s degree and/or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI/ML models.
• Additional Languages: Knowledge of other programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#.
• Certifications: Certification in AI/ML or RPA technologies.
• Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with additional tools and technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment processes.
