Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedAI/ML Lead with 8+ years of experiencewho is passionate about building scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming expertise, deep knowledge ofLarge Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI systems, and hands-on experience inPython-based backend and API development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and developAI/ML and Generative AI solutionsfor enterprise-scale applications.
• Build and deployLLM-based applications, includingRAG pipelines, AI agents, and intelligent automation systems.
• Architect and implementAgentic AI workflowsthat integrate multiple tools, APIs, and reasoning capabilities.
• Develophigh-performance APIs and backend services using Python.
• Build scalablemicroservices-based AI platformsfor model inference and orchestration.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise systems, data platforms, and external APIs.
• Lead the design ofend-to-end ML pipelinesincluding data processing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Ensurehigh reliability, scalability, and performanceof AI systems in production.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experiencein AI/ML or related software engineering roles.
• Strong programming skills inPython.
• Strong experience withGenerative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience buildingAgentic AI systems or AI agents.
• Experience withRAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation)architectures.
• Experience withvector databases(FAISS, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, etc.).
• Experience inPython REST API development.
• Strong understanding ofdata structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience buildingscalable AI services and microservices architectures.

Preferred / Good to Have

• Experience withOpen sourcelarge language models fine tuning.
• Experience withLLM frameworkssuch as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Hands-on experience withMachine Learning and Deep Learning frameworks.
• Experience withcloud platforms(AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Experience deploying AI models usingDocker/Kubernetes.
