Job Description
Role Overview
The AI/ML & GenAI Developer will design and implement intelligent automation solutions
including anomaly detection systems, NLP-powered chatbots, and AIOps-driven observability
integrations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop ML models for anomaly detection and event correlation
* Build NLP-based chatbot solutions (intent recognition, dialogue management)
* Integrate with AWS AI services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lex)
* Develop REST APIs for chatbot integrations
* Integrate with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
* Implement streaming analytics & real-time data processing
* Develop Lambda-based event-driven workflows
* Design Step Functions orchestration pipelines
* Collaborate with Observability team for log pattern detection
Required Technical Skills
* Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow / PyTorch)
* NLP frameworks
* AWS AI/ML services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lex)
* AWS Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB
* Event correlation & log analysis
* API development (RESTful)
Good to Have
* Experience with OpenTelemetry
* Knowledge of Prometheus & Grafana metrics
* Experience in AIOps implementation
Experience
* 38+ years in AI/ML development
* Experience deploying ML models in production
