Role Overview

We are seeking anAI/ML Engineer (5+ years) with strong expertise inconventional machine learning and experience/interest ingenerative AI . You will work on building and optimizing ML models, creating robust evaluation frameworks, and deploying solutions to production. Azure experience is a plus.

What youll do

• Develop and optimize ML models using conventional techniques (regression/classification/clustering).
• Fine-tune/adapt generative AI models where applicable (e.g., transformer-based models / GANs).
• Build and improve a GenAI evaluation framework (accuracy, relevance, coherence, domain performance).
• Work with large datasets; handle preprocessing, feature engineering, and performance optimization.
• Deploy models into production environments; Azure exposure is a strong plus.
• Document architectures, training/fine-tuning approaches, and evaluation metrics; follow ethical AI practices and reduce bias.

What were looking for

Must-have

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with solid conventional ML skills.
• Strong Python + ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn).
• Experience with large datasets, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices: versioning, monitoring, CI/CD.

Nice-to-have

• GenAI fine-tuning experience (Hugging Face / TensorFlow / PyTorch).
• Azure ML / AKS / Data Lake exposure.
• CV / NLP / text generation; streaming/real-time data; reinforcement learning or multimodal AI.
