AI/ML Engineer

Requirements

• 10 years of software development experience with 3+ years in Generative AI or AI/ML systems.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying GenAI/LLM-based systems in production.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and context engineering.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript with solid knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and scalable microservices.
• Experience with cloud-native systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Active user of AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
• Ability to balance rapid prototyping with long-term maintainability and scalability.

Nice to Have

• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, BentoML, SageMaker, Vertex AI).
• Exposure to data pipelines or front-end/mobile development.
