Key Responsibilities

Design and develop machine learning models to address business requirements.

Build and manage data pipelines for training and inference workflows.

Train, evaluate, and optimise models for accuracy and performance.

Deploy models in production environments using containerised solutions.

Work with structured and unstructured data from various sources.

Ensure robust monitoring, retraining, and versioning of models.

Contribute to architecture and design discussions for AI/ML systems.

Document processes, results, and deployment procedures clearly.

Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and business teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on experience delivering ML solutions in production environments.

Strong programming skills in Python and a deep understanding of ML fundamentals.

Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning, regression, classification, and clustering techniques.

Practical experience in model deployment and lifecycle management.

Good understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

Experience with APIs, containers, and cloud deployment.

Familiarity with CI/CD practices and version control.

Ability to work independently and deliver results in fast-paced projects.

Excellent English communication skills for working with distributed teams.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
