Job Description: Python Developer & Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer and Machine Learning Engineer with over 5 years of expertise in building and deploying AI-driven solutions to address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Generative AI, particularly using the Langchain / LangGraph framework, to automate business-critical processes and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions using Python.
• Apply Generative AI (GEN AI) and Langchain / LangGraph framework to automate workflows and enhance business efficiency.
• Extract and process data from diverse formats (PDFs, Excel, images) and perform OCR tasks for accurate data extraction.
• Automate tasks and streamline workflows using Python and PowerShell scripting.
• Visualize data insights using Tableau and Informatica to support decision-making.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Python development and machine learning.
• Certified Python Programmer (PCAP 31-03) and Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer.
• Proficient in Python, Java, and PowerShell.
• Strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, NLP, Deep Learning, OCR, and Computer Vision.
• Experience with data wrangling, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and web development (Streamlit, Flask).
• Skilled in using TensorFlow, OpenCV, FAISS, Langchain, Langgraph, Flowise, Pandas, HuggingFace.
• Familiarity with SQL databases and data manipulation.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, GCP Cloud Platforms and / or React JS for UI will be added advantage
• Good understanding of PowerShell scripting and Java programming for automation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
