Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based AI chatbots.
• Build and implement multi-modal RAG systems capable of handling text, images, and structured relational data (SQL databases).
• Develop, train, fine-tune, and optimize AI/ML models using:
• Supervised Learning
• Reinforcement Learning
• Model Distillation techniques
• Integrate OpenAI APIs to build intelligent conversational systems with contextual understanding.
• Implement vector search, embeddings, and retrieval pipelines for high-performance AI applications.
• Integrate relational databases (SQL) within RAG frameworks for structured data querying.
• Optimize model performance, latency, and response accuracy in production environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance existing AI/RAG systems.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and best practice implementation.

Required Skills :

• Strong expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture.
• Hands-on experience building AI/ML models and deploying them in real-world applications.
• Minimum 5+ years of Python development experience.
• Solid understanding of:
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Embeddings and Vector Databases
• Prompt Engineering
• Multi-modal AI systems
• Experience using OpenAI APIs for chatbot and AI solution development.
• Experience integrating structured data (SQL databases) with AI pipelines.
• Knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Experience with model optimization and performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills with client interaction experience.
• Experience working with US clients (preferred).
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn new technologies and work in shifts if required.
