AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer || Bangalore with strong experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Python

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using modern LLM frameworks.
• Build and optimize RAG-based architectures for knowledge retrieval and contextual AI responses.
• Develop and maintain Python-based machine learning pipelines and AI services.
• Integrate LLM-powered features into applications and backend systems.
• Work with vector databases and embedding models to improve information retrieval.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference latency.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven features.
• Conduct experimentation, evaluation, and fine-tuning of LLM models.

Required Skills

• 35 years of experience in Machine Learning / AI development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector search.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks and AI tooling.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines and model deployment.
